The hotel is not very child friendly and you have to sign multiple documents where you state you take full responsibility of anything happening to your child. Our ac made some noise but the technician who came to check it said it is central ac so unfortunately cannot be fixed.

The stuff can hardly speak English.. Which makes it very challenging to communicate

Hotel design architecture.

I saw a viral post on social media about a hotel serving afternoon tea upon arrival. However, it wasn't as expected, as the hotel informed me that I had to book directly with them to receive this service. Many people who book through agencies, even the most expensive rooms, don't receive this service. They only receive water that the staff has prepared for them, so I was disappointed.

I recently stayed at MYS Khao Yai in their private pool villa and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the serene atmosphere. The villa was beautifully designed—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches throughout.The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear and surrounded by lush greenery, it offered the perfect spot to unwind in privacy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bath products to the curated minibar.What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff. Every request was met with a smile, and it felt like they truly wanted every guest to feel special. The breakfast was delicious, with both local and international options, and the overall ambiance of the resort was peaceful and relaxing.If you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a luxurious retreat close to nature, MYS Khao Yai is the perfect place. I can’t wait to return

Nothing, all perfect

Hotel MYS is a beautiful modern hotel not far from Khao Yai national park entrance. The pool is great, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful. The dinner options were great too.Overall we had an excellent time and would happily stay again!

They need to add some activities.. for people who dont want to go out all the time.

Beautiful property, rooms are a good size, the bed is very comfortable and breakfast options are great.

Hard to spot from the road. Missed it a few times.

Warm welcome, starting from the very friendly security guard and front desk. The room was better and bigger than the pictures. The pool was especially unique. Food in the restaurant was probably the best we had during our 4-day trip in the Khao Yai area, and breakfast was very good, especially considering the relatively small size of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, including pillow menu.

The TV had the potential to be a smart TV (with YouTube and casting functionality), but it didn't really work. The tablet in the room to order things (e.g. room cleaning, changing linen) also had potential to simplify things - but it ended up causing more confusion. The 'do not disturb' and 'please clean room' lights outside the rooms are a nice idea, but in reailty are hard to see in the sunlight. But overall these are really minor things we noticed - it was a top hotel.

This place is a fantastic base to explore Khao Yai National Park as it's only a 15 minute drive to the entrance. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. They're completed to a really high standard and are also very well sized. The pool is absolutely stunning and great swimming with the glass bottom pointing down to the small bar area. The staff are very nice and really helpful too. Great hotel and good value for money for the quality and location.

There really isn't much bad to say about this place at all to be honest. The vegan options are breakfast were extremely limited, which was a real shame. Some of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip did put in a little more effort, such as making some scrambled tofu for us. We really only had toast/jam and fruit available.

The design is exquisitely minimalist Scandinavian and beautifully maintained, including the gardens. The staff are absolutely delightful and the Thai food in the restaurant is delicious

Location, aesthetics, staff were all great. We stayed at the pool villa which was lovely. The room was well designed and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. Will be coming again.

The reality is it's a very, very small hotel. The room layout is not good, and the bathroom re bath access crazy insane design. Also, the flat basin water doesn't flow away. The bathroom floor tiles ARE NOT non-slip.To get to the safe, you have to sit / lay on the floor... just bad planning.The room layout isn't good, it has to 2 tvs actually in the first part 2 chairs face each other the TV is behind one and no room to move it to another area so it's TV for one ! the second in the bedroom is on the left wall the bed is center , yes it swings but hits the wall so you can't really see TV unless you re arrange the furniture yourself.Breakfast was very disappointing and chaotic in terms of staff bringing wrong food and repeating. I have to say no system. The Buffet is not good limited and very disorganized, breakfast is in the restaurant so they use the odd island or push some tables together they also open up the indoor bar and outside terrace but you have to crowd into the small restaurant yo get uour food., feedback from neighbors eating breakfast all said the same.The buffet has hanging lamps around it, which are 1.78m in height, I'm 1.8m and hit my head so many times, ending up not bothering to eat there went out.This hotel needs a staff revamp. You never knew who was in charge, especially at Reception, always 4/5 Staff just standing and putting in the odd word or hanging around and in the restaurant. I have no idea who was in charge !One major disappointment is that the restaurant has the same menu all day, lunch and dinner. Surely, that could change My major complaint and again everyone we spoke to said the same, We chose the hotel through the photographs which are very misleading . It's a very small hotel. They use selected angles, so try to get a Google Ariel shot.... CONCLUSION FEELS LIKE A HOTEL TRAINING CENTERI felt they should pay me to stay there !

Not comfortable: place, food, swimming pool linit for adults only.

Everything was great. Check-in was great. Upgrade was very kind and much appreciated. Staff was excellent. Room was outstanding. Exceeded our expectations. We would have booked another night but we guessed the resort would be very busy and the special deal we received on a week night would not be extended again for a weekend night.

The only negative was the "maid will check your room for [security reasons]" when we checked out; as we have not encountered this in many years at a high-end property. In fact, I cannot remember the last time we encountered this at check-out; but never-mind; we loved our stay.

Beautiful tranquil location, very relaxing, good location near the entrance to Khao Yai park, hotel very peaceful and good breakfast, excellent value for money!

Bit limited for a smart TV, shame can’t just run netlfix from the Tv instead of having an engineer to come install on separate device
